Refund & Cancellation Policy
Donations are voluntary contributions. If something has gone wrong with a donation, tell us and we will sort it out.
Donations made in error
If a donation was made by mistake — a wrong amount, a duplicate payment — write to us as soon as you notice, with the payment details.
How a request is handled
We check the payment record against the request and respond with what can be done. Where a refund is appropriate, it is returned to the original payment method.
Cancelling a recurring contribution
If you have set up a recurring contribution, you can ask us to stop it at any time and it will not be charged again.
