Once a donation is made, it is considered final and non-refundable. However, if a donor makes an error in the amount or there is an accidental duplicate payment, we will review the case and issue a refund if applicable.

2. Cancellation of Recurring Donations:

If you’ve opted for a recurring donation and wish to cancel future payments, please notify us at least 5 days before the next billing cycle at: kamayanifoundation@gmail.com

3. Processing Timeline:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
